Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Atlanta N, GA

This role involves engaging healthcare professionals through a variety of virtual, in-person, and digital tools, providing product information, facilitating speaker programs, and contributing to local market strategies. The position reports directly to the Ecosystem Lead and requires a broad clinical and industry knowledge base.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Proactively outreach to HCPs on product access, on-label information, and established patient care guidance.
  2. Engage customers via virtual and digital tools, ensuring their requests are met with feedback.
  3. Organize and facilitate educational and thought leadership activities such as speaker programs and provider group discussions.
  4. Contribute to business planning by providing local market insights and collaborating on targeting and call plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
  • Reside within 50 miles of the primary city in the sales territory.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience engaging with healthcare ecosystem stakeholders, especially in complex healthcare environments.
  • 4+ years in sales roles with HCPs, preferably with multiple products.
  • Clinical nursing or advanced practice nurse experience is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to work in a transforming, ambiguous environment and to mentor peers.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $104,640 - $149,600 plus incentives. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
