Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Pharmaceutical Production Associate for a Huntsville, AL-based company. The role involves manual packaging, equipment setup, and visual inspection of drug products per SOPs and cGMPs. Competitive shift pay with increases at 30, 60, and 90 days.

1st, 2nd, and 4th shifts available with corresponding hours and a temp-to-perm path. Requirements include a HS diploma, proficiency in English, basic math, and the ability to pass a skills-based assessment.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to successfully complete and pass a standard skills-based assessment.
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments
  • Employee may be required to lift 5–40 pounds.
  • Employee may be required to stand continually throughout the shift.
  • Job involves frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and lifting.

Responsibilities

  • Performs visual inspection of drug products in accordance with SOP’s and cGMP’s.
  • Performs manual packaging functions as required.
  • Sets up, maintains and operates various pieces of computerized and manual inspection/packaging equipment.
  • Performs line clearance of assigned production lines as required.
  • Adheres to cGMP’s and internal SOP’s as required.
  • Responsible for maintaining the quality of machine output and product integrity.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean production environment during shift.
  • Completes and maintains applicable log book and batch record paperwork as required.
  • Reports both machine and manual deviations to area supervisor or designee.
  • Performs other related production functions, such as: Inspector, Packer, Catching, etc. as determined by supervisor and/or management.

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Pharmaceutical Production Associate for a company based in Huntsville, AL. Pay Rate

1st Shift- $15.00 per hour with pay increases at 30, 60, and 90 days

2nd Shift- $15.50 per hour with pay increases at 30, 60, and 90 days

4th Shift- $16.67 per hour with pay increases at 30, 60, and 90 days

Schedule and Hours

1st Shift- Monday through Friday; 5:00am- 3:00pm

2nd Shift- Monday through Friday; 3:00pm- 1:30am

4th Shift- Friday through Monday; 5:00am- 5:30pm

Pharmaceutical Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities
