Contract Type: Month-to-Month, with potential for direct hire after one year

Compensation: $18,000 - $20,000 per month

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Delivery Manager with extensive experience in the construction, biotech, food & beverage, or agriculture sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven track record of managing large-scale procurement projects. This individual will oversee procurement activities in high-stakes, multi-year capital investment projects (USD 100M+), working remotely with occasional travel across the East Coast to meet project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement for multi-year, high-value capital investment projects.
• Manage the procurement process, including issuing and managing RFIs, RFPs, purchase orders, and expediting orders and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with procurement agreements and timelines.
• Apply expertise in various Capex project execution models to ensure successful project delivery.
• Travel across the East Coast as needed to coordinate with project teams and vendors.
• Maintain close communication with stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in business or engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in procurement for large capital investment projects (USD 100M+).
• Proven experience in procurement systems and processes.
• Expertise in procurement strategies and models for Capex projects.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or agriculture sectors.
• Ability to start immediately, with flexibility to work remotely and travel as required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
