Job Description

Argano is seeking a Manager - Delivery, Azure Infrastructure & Integrations to lead and grow our team of Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Consultants. This strategic role will drive the design, implementation, and innovation of Azure infrastructure solutions while maintaining our status as a Microsoft Infrastructure Solution Partner. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Azure infrastructure with proven leadership and people management skills. This role is key to setting technical direction, mentoring team members, and supporting mid- to large-scale client infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Consultants across global locations. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. Oversee performance management, team resourcing, and skills development aligned with business goals.
2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical thought leadership in Azure infrastructure including design, implementation, migration, security, and performance optimization. Lead the development of scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions using Azure services. Collaborate with architects, developers, and other cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions.
3. Strategy & Innovation: Develop and execute an infrastructure strategy aligned with Argano’s growth and technical objectives. Evaluate emerging Azure technologies and industry trends; make recommendations for adoption and integration. Support client pre-sales efforts and participate in proposal development and solutioning when required.
4. Project Delivery: Oversee infrastructure project lifecycles from planning through delivery, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline tracking. Actively participate in the delivery of complex Azure/Infrastructure projects as an architect. Ensure alignment of infrastructure solutions with compliance, security, and business continuity requirements.
5. Operations & Governance: Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively plan for capacity and scalability. Implement and maintain robust security protocols including identity management, encryption, and monitoring tools. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery preparedness across all client environments. Promote DevOps practices by integrating CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure deployments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure services and leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success managing teams of infrastructure consultants, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, Azure Monitor, and Azure Policy.
• Background in designing, deploying, and managing cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Experience leading complex infrastructure projects and managing executive-level stakeholder communication.

Certifications

• Microsoft certifications required/preferred, including:
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Azure Administrator Associate
• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

• Cross-functional collaboration across technical and business teams
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
• Risk identification and mitigation planning
• Visionary approach to future-proofing infrastructure architecture
• Experience working within a partner ecosystem or Microsoft partner environment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms beyond Azure (e.g., AWS, OCI) is a plus
