Job summary

Responsibilities include operating reactors, distillation columns, filters and other equipment; monitoring control systems; handling hazardous chemicals per cGMP; troubleshooting; and maintaining thorough

Qualifications

5+ years of chemical/pharmaceutical/process manufacturing experience.
Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety documentation.
Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate reactors, distillation columns, filters, and other processing equipment.
Monitor gauges, meters and control systems to maintain safe operations.
Handle pumps, motors and valves to regulate chemical flow.
Perform minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment.
Maintain audit-ready work area and complete production documentation.
Follow 5S, safety, environmental, and manufacturing procedures.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
