Responsibilities include operating reactors, distillation columns, filters and other equipment; monitoring control systems; handling hazardous chemicals per cGMP; troubleshooting; and maintaining thorough

  • 5+ years of chemical/pharmaceutical/process manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety documentation.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and minor repairs.
  • Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Monitor gauges, meters and control systems to maintain safe operations.
  • Handle pumps, motors and valves to regulate chemical flow.
  • Perform minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Maintain audit-ready work area and complete production documentation.
  • Follow 5S, safety, environmental, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.

  • Operate reactors, distillation columns, filters, molecular sieves, and other chemical processing equipment.
  • Monitor gauges, meters, and control systems to maintain safe and efficient operations.
  • Operate pumps, motors, and valves to regulate chemical flow.
  • Safely handle highly hazardous chemicals in accordance with cGMP and safety procedures.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor mechanical adjustments.
  • Maintain an audit-ready work area and complete all required production documentation.
  • Participate in 5S initiatives and follow all safety, environmental, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of chemical, pharmaceutical, or process manufacturing experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and minor repair skills.
  • 2+ years of experience working with highly hazardous chemicals preferred
  • Ability to read and follow SOPs, operating procedures, and safety documentation.
  • Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Basic math and documentation skills.
