Job summary

Masis Professional Group is seeking a Mechanical/Chemical Machine Operator for a world-class pharmaceutical facility in the Bethlehem area. This direct-hire, full-time role supports safe, high-volume production on a 12-hour overnight schedule, combining strong mechanical aptitude with chemical processing expertise.

You will operate reactors and distillation equipment, monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliant production records while following cGMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of chemical manufacturing or process operations experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hazardous chemicals preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shift (7:00pm–7:30am) on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate reactors, filtration systems, distillation equipment, and other chemical processing equipment.
• Monitor production processes and adjust for safe, efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor mechanical repairs.
• Safely handle hazardous chemicals following cGMP and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and an audit-ready work area.
