Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a skilled microbiology technician to perform sterility, LAL, and microbial limit testing in a cleanroom environment. You will work under cGMP guidelines, collect data, and maintain lab documentation with precision.

The role emphasizes aseptic techniques, calibration of critical equipment, and collaboration with the Laboratory Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance. Evening and weekend shifts may be required based on workload.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of microbiological laboratory experience in Pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology is required.
• Ability to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform microbiological tests on cosmetics and pharmaceuticals per USP, FDA, and AAMI/ISO.
• Conduct routine QC of lab equipment, media, and microorganisms.
• Provide accurate test results to customers in a timely manner (e.g., Microbial Limits, LAL, Sterility).
• Record test results accurately and legibly on documents.
• Write technical reports with text, tables, graphs, and diagrams.
• Assist in training new Laboratory Technicians.
