Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a hands-on manufacturing professional to operate and troubleshoot complex pharmaceutical equipment in a controlled clean room. You will document manufacturing steps, follow SOPs, and convert raw materials into intermediate and patient-ready products while ensuring quality and compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team, adherence to cGMP, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives to impact patient lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in the sciences.
• 1-3 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience or equivalent regulated environment (GMP/ISO).
• Experience with quality systems and complex manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with Operating Instructions and manufacturing tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and wear PPE daily.
• Strong computer, scientific, math, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute documentation for manufacturing operations (paper/electronic batch records, logs, protocols, change control).
• Manufacture drug products in a controlled clean room environment following SOPs.
• Perform complex bulk product manufacturing from raw materials to intermediate/patient-ready products.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean manufacturing equipment; manage documentation.
• Conduct cGMP activities in a clean room space and report operational performance data.
• Lead continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing process.

Job Description

This role is a great fit for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude who are looking to translate their hands-on technical skills into a rewarding career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You'll have opportunities to operate, troubleshoot, and support complex manufacturing equipment while contributing to the production of products that make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

• Execute documentation associated with manufacturing operations: Paper and Electronic Batch Records, Log Books, Protocols, Change control, QTS, etc.
• Utilize SOPs and Operating Instructions to manufacture drug product in a controlled clean room environment.
• Complete complex bulk product manufacturing activities to convert incoming raw materials into intermediate and patient ready products
• Set up, operation, break down, and cleaning of complex manufacturing equipment, manage and check documentation generated.
• Complete activities associated with cGMP operations in a clean room manufacturing space
• Generate, manage and report operational performance associated data
• Identify, own and lead continuous improvement based projects

Qualifications

• High school diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor degree in the sciences
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• 1-3 years of Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience; may be substituted with experience in a regulated environment such as GMP, ISO, etc.
• Experience with quality systems
• Experience completing complex manufacturing operational documents
• Experience utilizing AI to enhance manufacturing operations
• Experience with utilizing Operating Instructions to perform manufacturing tasks
• Standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting upward of 55 pounds may be required.
• Must be able to wear appropriate PPE (daily uniform, gloves, safety glasses, respirators, and full protective suits)
• Strong computer, scientific, basic math, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively within a multi-functional manufacturing team

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
• May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
