Merchant & Gould PC, a leading intellectual property law firm, seeks an experienced attorney to join the Chemical & Life Sciences practice in a hybrid role across our offices.

The candidate will support an active Paragraph IV ANDA litigation practice, handling Paragraph IV and ANDA matters. A technical degree in chemistry/biochemistry is preferred. At least 2 years of Paragraph IV experience is required.

Competencies & Qualifications

• Pre‑2022 law school graduate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: Based on an 1850 billable hour target.
• Discretionary merit bonus: Performance‑based, starting at $200k depending on experience.
