Merchant & Gould PC, a leading intellectual property law firm, seeks an experienced attorney to join the Chemical & Life Sciences practice in a hybrid role across our offices.

The candidate will support an active Paragraph IV ANDA litigation practice, handling Paragraph IV and ANDA matters. A technical degree in chemistry/biochemistry is preferred. At least 2 years of Paragraph IV experience is required.

Qualifications

• Pre-2022 law school graduate.
• At least 2 years of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation experience.
• Preferred: Technical degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
