Merchant & Gould, a leading intellectual property law firm, seeks an experienced attorney to join the Chemical & Life Sciences practice in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation experience and will support an active litigation practice.

A technical degree in chemistry or biochemistry is preferred but not required, and the position can be located in any of our offices nationwide, reflecting a flexible, collaborative culture.

One of the nation's best-in-class intellectual property law firms, Merchant & Gould is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Chemical & Life Sciences practice group. This hybrid position can be located in any of our offices.

The ideal candidate is a pre‑2022 law school graduate with 2+ years of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation experience. Candidates will support an active ANDA litigation practice. A technical degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Compensation

Our associate compensation structure has two components:

• A base salary (based on an 1,850 billable hour target)
• A discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level, the hiring range starts at $200,000.
