Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a capable Territory Sales professional to meet or exceed sales plans within the assigned territory. You will build professional relationships with opinion leaders and physicians, plan daily activities, and develop programs to maximize sales opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in business or customer service; sales experience is preferred. Pharmaceutical sales and a willingness to travel are highly valued. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish activity goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities, such as speakers' bureau programs, symposia, etc.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner.
• Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.

What will you be doing?

What do you need for this position?

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred

• The base pay range for this position is $60K - $111K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
