Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Territory Sales professional to cover a defined Ohio territory. You will meet sales goals by executing territory strategies, building strong relationships with physicians and opinion leaders, and planning effective daily calls across your region.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of business or customer service experience, and willingness to travel extensively, including overnights.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Sales highly preferred.
• Men's Health preferred.
• Proven time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed all established territory sales plan and objectives, by developing and implementing strategies specific to the assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians.
• Effectively plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish activity goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities, e.g., speakers' bureau programs, symposia.
• Complete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner.
• Communicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations and Pharma guidelines and operate assigned sales territory within established sales and/or corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
• Attend regional and national conferences throughout the year.

What do you need for this position?

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• The base pay range for this position is $60K - $111K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
