Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology or related physical science.
• 1–4 years pharma experience; familiar with cGMP and FDA regulations.
• Hands-on chromatography experience and data systems (e.g., Empower).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate work-related issues clearly and effectively to management and peers.
• Perform routine testing using instrumental methods (HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, ICP-MS) with emphasis on chromatography to meet objectives.
• Update and revise SOPs and MOAs through Documentum to support USP compliance.
• Provide technical support for method validation, verification, transfers, and evaluations.
• Troubleshoot analytical instruments by applying problem-solving skills and consulting literature or vendors.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Associate Scientists as needed.
• Assist with the formal training of laboratory personnel on GMP, laboratory safety, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of all work and document testing activities in GDP compliance.
• Manage workload and time effectively based on department priorities with sound judgment.
• Perform peer reviews of analytical data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
