Job summary

Quva is seeking a Warehouse Technician I – Shipping Center in Sugar Land, TX. The role focuses on inventory replenishment, packing, and shipping of compounded pharmaceutical products, with strict adherence to regulatory standards and CGMP.

The position supports a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM CST schedule, is safety-sensitive, may require random drug testing, and offers on-site work at the Sugar Land facility with opportunities to improve shipping processes and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass drug and background checks.
• Stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18+ years of age.
• Familiar with using mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
• 2–4 years in Distribution, Warehousing, Shipping, Receiving, Logistics or similar.
• Basic computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office).
• Completion of picking, packing and closing competency assessments.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verify bills of lading and packing slips for accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle defective, damaged and expired inventory per policy.
• Unload trucks and load recycling material safely and efficiently.
• Complete paperwork and ERP transactions with CGMP compliance.
• Support direct distribution from pick list to carrier pickup.
• Pick and package compounded products for direct shipment.
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock for orders.
• Use carrier shipping software to create labels and schedule pickups.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper packaging.
