Novartis AG is seeking a Warehouse Technician II to ensure accurate inventory and compliant material handling in a Durham, NC facility. You will support manufacturing, QA, and research operations, coordinating shipments and maintaining inventory integrity.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehouse or pharma settings, forklift certification, and proficiency with ERP systems. This onsite position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in warehouse, materials management, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical warehouse or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory and material transactions.
• Forklift certification and safe operation of powered warehouse equipment.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds and work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials with accuracy.
• Record inventory transactions in ERP systems in real time.
• Support production material requests and fulfill inventory needs.
• Coordinate movement of raw materials, components, and finished products per schedules.
• Deliver and document QC samples for traceability and handling.
