Job summary

Tjoapack is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Clerk in Clinton, TN. This full-time, 2nd shift role involves loading/unloading shipments, picking and staging materials, and maintaining accurate inventory using ERP systems. The ideal candidate has at least one year of pharmaceutical cGMP experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma.

Forklift certification is a plus. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with cGMP/cGDP standards while

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a pharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing setting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight safely and efficiently.
• Pick, stage and move materials according to production and shipping requirements.
• Process goods returned from production and ensure materials are placed in the correct inventory locations.
• Use warehouse scanning systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect freight for damage and complete required documentation for discrepancies or returns.
• Utilize ERP and inventory management systems to track material movement and inventory status.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Follow warehouse safety practices, cGMP/cGDP requirements, and proper material handling practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Coordinate daily activities with warehouse leadership to meet production and shipping schedules.
