Job summary

Quva is hiring a Warehouse Technician I – Picking for the Bloomsbury, NJ site. Report to the on-site shift and support batch manufacturing by accurately picking materials using ERP and maintaining tight inventory control.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, background checks, and a stable, consistent schedule. The position offers a standard 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift, with limited overtime and a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to follow procedures and clear instructions.
• Able to shift gears and adapt to changes in priorities.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Picks starting materials and supplies according to the ERP generated picklist to support batch manufacturing.
• Transacts picked material utilizing an ERP system and verifies it matches the picklist.
• Pulls and restocks inventory, rotates stock per First-Expired, First-Out.
• Checks for damaged or excess inventory and replaces unusable packaging or labels.
• Unloads trucks, moves pallets, and receives materials to designated locations.
