Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products. This non-exempt, full-time role reports to the Manager of Pharmacy Operations at our Pittsburgh, PA location.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, organizing storage, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and PA Pharmacy Technician registration or be eligible to initiate it upon

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good communication skills essential for coordination.
• Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the PA Board of Pharmacy required or process started upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Unloads inbound shipments and coordinates warehousing of products.
• Picks, packs, and ships orders; ensures proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and adheres to safety procedures.
