Job summary

Yzer Last Mile LLC in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse and last-mile delivery operations in a pharmaceutical distribution environment. You will supervise a team of associates and drivers, support inventory accuracy, and ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining chain-of-custody standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of warehousing or logistics experience; prior lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or regulated product distribution strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of last-mile delivery processes, routing, and logistics operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems ECourier, Beans etc.

Responsibilities

• Support the Hub Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, staging, and dispatching deliveries.
• Coordinate and lead warehouse associates and contracted delivery drivers for efficient last-mile delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customer handling standards, including temperature control and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Monitor product accuracy, cycle counts, scanning, and regulatory compliance.
