Fagron US is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping finished goods to customers. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to GDP in a sterile services environment.

The candidate will handle ERP transactions, inventory cycle counts, and coordination with Quality Systems while ensuring on-time delivery and proper documentation.

Formación

• 1-3 years’ warehouse/distribution experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• ERP systems experience preferred (Microsoft AX).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and operate PIT.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Forklift certification preferred or company training.
• GDP/compliance knowledge encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Follow company policies and pick customer orders by product code, lot, and quantity.
• Check orders for accuracy and document completion.
• Pack orders to protect products during shipping.
• Receive finished goods and perform put-away using FIFO.
• Receive scrap/materials and catalog/discard.
• Prepare/ship samples/equipment as requested.
• Load/deliver finished product to customers and facilities.
• Maintain customer relations by timely order delivery and professional conduct.
• Receive, unload, and store raw materials; coordinate with Quality Systems.
