Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a direct-hire opportunity with our pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Noblesville, Indiana. The role focuses on receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and precise documentation in a highly regulated, time-sensitive setting.

Initial training runs about 2 months Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, followed by a permanent schedule of Saturday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Base pay is $50,000 annually plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, inventory, fulfillment, or related experience.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, cycle counting, inventory control, order fulfillment, packaging, or finished-goods handling preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/healthcare) is a plus but not required.
• Experience with computerized warehouse/inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse and distribution activities including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and cycle counting.
• Process, fill, package, and prepare customer orders per procedures.
• Prepare products and shipping documents to meet strict, time-sensitive deadlines.
• Complete product consolidations according to flight/shipping schedules.
• Maintain accurate finished-goods inventory using electronic and paper systems.
• Handle radiopharmaceutical products following safety procedures and training.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, compliant warehouse.
• Support additional warehouse and distribution activities as assigned.
