Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane is seeking a Validation Engineer to provide pharmaceutical process validation knowledge and engineering activities within CDO, focusing on steam sterilization, lyophilization, aseptic processing, mixing operations, cleaning processes, and GMP systems. You will communicate across internal teams and external customers to drive techno-economic solutions.

The role requires 3+ years (Senior 7+ years) in pharma manufacturing/validation with strong regulatory knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering discipline.
• Typically 3+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, validation, or related GMP operations.
• Senior role requires 7+ years in pharma manufacturing/validation/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CDO and engineering opportunities, including process characterization and validation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across facility, equipment, and processes with regulators.
• Develop detailed specifications and RFQs for external partners and vendors.
• Manage projects per internal PM guidelines and coordinate multi-department teams.
