You will work with Engineering and R&D to transform concepts into functional tools for pharma manufacturing while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires 5–7 years of precision manufacturing experience, plus ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and specs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5–7 years in machining, toolmaking, die/mold work
• Ability to interpret drawings, GD&T, and specs
• Experience with manual and CNC machining
• Experience in setup, troubleshooting, and inspection
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools and techniques
• Prototype tooling and manufacturing solution development

Responsabilités

• Fabricate tooling, molds, fixtures, prototypes, and precision components.
• Translate drawings and requirements into tooling solutions.
• Support tooling used in production and cleanroom processes.
• Evaluate designs with Engineering and R&D; recommend tooling solutions.
• Program, set up, and operate manual and CNC equipment.
• Verify conformance to specs through precise measurements and testing.
• Troubleshoot tooling and manufacturing issues; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain machining programs and tooling documentation.
