Job summary

Medisca Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Production Staging Clerk to coordinate with Demand Planning and Production Leads and monitor Medplanner to ensure packaging components are staged properly for daily Production operations.

The role includes cross-training as a Production Technician and occasional lab work, with a focus on accuracy, inventory control, and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum one year experience in a warehouse environment; chemical/pharmaceutical production preferred.
• Heavy lifting required at times in excess of 25kg+.
• Accountable, dependable, team player with strong communications skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Knowledge of SYSPRO/MEDWMS an asset.
• Ability to use forklift and other powered equipment an asset.
• Use of respirator and full PPE required at times.

Responsibilities

• Stage all packaging components/BULK for production runs using MEDWMS scanner/SYSPRO.
• Prioritize and organize according to the schedule.
• Document all packaging masters according to procedure.
• Monitor inventory of packaging components and cross reference SYSPRO for accuracy.
• Ensure all BINS are neat and organized.
• Consolidate and make necessary movements as needed.
• Ensure labs and production tools/utensils are maintained per procedure.
• Ensure PPE is maintained at all times according to procedure.
• Inspect/Verify Packaging Masters/Labels according to procedure.
• Coordinate all repackaging activities with Production Team.
• Collaborate with all departments as needed for maximum efficiency.
