Job summary

CareTria Management is seeking a dedicated shipping/packaging associate to accurately pack and ship prescription orders under the supervision of the Pharmacy Support Manager. You will work with pharmacists and other teams to meet daily deadlines in a standing role.

The job requires standing for long periods, careful handling of HIPAA data, and adherence to packing checklists and company policies. Long hours or high-stress customer interactions may occur.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: one-year minimum shipping/receiving experience.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively, patiently and courteously.
• Focused team player able to work with pharmacists, other departments and management.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack and ship prescription orders for Eagle Pharmacy in a timely manner.
• Follow all procedures and each step on the packing and shipping checklist when packaging or shipping an order.
• Stock freezers with ice packs.
• Respect and maintain confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA.
• Keep area clean and adequately stocked with boxes and supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by CareTria Management.
