Job summary

TelyRx in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Shipping Associate to process and ship Rx, OTC, and prescription orders with accuracy and care. This on-site role focuses on packing to SOP, ensuring correct labels, and maintaining patient privacy while handling sensitive medications in a regulated operation.

You'll operate RF scanners, label printers, and shipping equipment, build cold-chain pack-outs, verify orders before shipping, and support inbound receiving. Weekend and evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable following SOPs while using judgment to keep the line moving.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for full shifts, and work on-site, including every other weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pack, ship, and label Rx and OTC orders according to SOP and carrier rules.
• Generate shipping labels, end-of-day manifests, and bills of lading in the shipping system and close the day’s manifest.
• Verify outbound orders against packing slips and patient addresses before shipping.
• Receive and check inbound product; count against manifest and hand off to pharmacy.
• Maintain cold-chain integrity for temperature-sensitive shipments.
