ADVANCE®AI, a technology-based SaaS company in the pharmaceutical service sector, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the growing USA team. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and drive adoption, value realization, and renewal discussions.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will onboard programs, deliver training, monitor metrics, and translate AI-generated insights into strategic recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles is beneficial.
• Experience or knowledge in pharma/biotech/healthcare or SaaS is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned customer programs to meet timelines and objectives.
• Onboard customers, rollout programs, and provide end-user training for adoption.
• Deliver ongoing support, training sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance.
• Monitor engagement and program performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support renewals and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Translate AI-generated insights into strategic recommendations for customers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Analytics, and CS leadership.
• Travel as required to support customer meetings and reviews.
