Job summary

Wholesale Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Pharmaceutical Compliance Specialist to monitor regulatory aspects of orders and manage due diligence for new customers. The role supports communications between compliance, sales, and customers, and maintains licensure at the company level in Grandview, Ohio.

This onsite position is temp to hire, offering growth through ongoing compliance responsibilities. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, pharmacy technician credentials, and strong MS

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the related field.
• Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical compliance/quality position.
• Knowledge of state and federal law and regulations in pharma.
• Reporting and analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate customer orders for regulatory purposes.
• Compile and analyze new customer due diligence files and manage annual updates.
• Facilitate communication between the compliance department, sales team, and customers.
• Maintain state licensure at the company level.
• Assist in preparation and review of federal/state/local required reporting.
• Assist in the review and management of product recalls.
• Generate and update internal compliance-related documents.
• Facilitate internal and external audits.
