Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Sales Leader to supervise a geographic region and coach Territory Managers to boost performance across the US. You will observe field presentations, develop business plans, and ensure coordination among MSL, marketing, and other sales teams.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma sales, leadership experience, and up to 75% travel. Strong presentation and data-driven decision-making are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience managing sales representatives.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to travel 50–75% across the US.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a geographical region; coach Sales Representatives/Territory Managers to improve performance and monitor regional sales activity.
• Observe sales presentations in the field regularly and provide feedback.
• Complete field coaching reports after each travel day.
• Develop and maintain business plans for Territory Managers.
• Ensure teamwork across brand stakeholders (e.g., MSL, marketing, other field counterparts).
• Coach the team to deliver effective sales presentations; hold representatives accountable for performance goals.
• Plan and conduct effective sales meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regional expectations.
• Share success stories and best practices across the region.
• Monitor data analytics to maximize impact on prescribing physicians.
• Implement and manage incentive programs.
• Identify high-performing representatives for recognition and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Administration on literature requests, supplies, data maintenance, support issues, and fleet management.
