Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science required.
• 4–6 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, GLP, USP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily laboratory operations and workflow control.
• Supervise lab safety and support personnel performance.
• Ensure timely completion of all testing and protocols.
• Implement quality and regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Monitor documentation and data integrity.
• Participate in initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Ensure proper training and staffing decisions.
• Prepare, review, and revise SOPs and specifications.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and internal audits.
