Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in Pearl River, NY is seeking a QC Sample and Raw Material Coordinator to manage sample handling and shipping of drug substances, drug products, and raw material samples across contract manufacturing and Sanofi network sites.

The role will serve as the single point of contact for raw material testing data, coordinate test results, and support administrative tasks for sample coordination, ensuring timely data delivery and compliant processes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of laboratory/manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical or related industrial environment.
• Familiarity with routine laboratory operations and handling test materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, package and ship product test samples for external laboratories and sites.
• Track raw material testing tasks and sampler for Raw materials for QC testing at Meriden CT and Pearl River NY.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sample/results coordination.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all raw material testing and results coordination.
• Alert management on testing issues including Out of Specifications and deviations.
• Aggregate data for release binders and maintain QC data.
