Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a QC Inspector - Production to ensure cGMP compliance, perform in-process and finished product inspections, and support documentation and release activities. You will sample materials, verify test results, maintain accurate records, and communicate issues to supervisors while working with Operations and Logistics to meet production deadlines.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher and related pharmaceutical exposure preferred.
• Experience in QA/QC, manufacturing or compliance is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret cGMPs and FDA/DEA CFRs and apply them to daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, component, and finished product inspections according to procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure testing is compliant with procedures.
• Review and verify manufacturing instructions and GMP area cleanliness.
• Provide timely communication of quality issues to supervisor and hold deviations.
• Support Operations and Logistics to meet production schedules.
