Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC is seeking a QA Inspector Level I to support GMP-compliant packaging operations in our US facility. You will perform inspections of components, bulk product, WIP and finished goods, and verify documentation for accuracy and traceability.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to batch records, equipment verification, and room identification. Candidates should have related experience or education, strong documentation skills, and be able to work in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or HS with 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/related industry desired.
• FDA cGMP knowledge and good documentation skills are desirable.
• Strong communication, organization and planning abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce GMP compliance on the production floor, including gowning and hygiene.
• Verify component attributes against batch records and receiving forms.
• Review batch records for accuracy, legibility and traceability at shift end.
• Ensure equipment listed is verified and within calibration windows.
• Assist in documentation and room identification per SOPs.
