Job summary

Sharp Packaging Solutions, part of UDG Healthcare plc, is seeking a QA Inspector Level I to support GMP compliance and packaging operations. The role focuses on inspecting components, bulk product, and finished goods, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining traceability across batches.

Responsibilities include enforcing gowning and hygiene standards, verifying batch records and equipment, and reviewing deviations and change controls to support regulatory compliance and customer

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred or a High School Degree with 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience in inspection of pharmaceutical or related industry is desired.
• Good documentation and communication skills are required; strong organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enforce GMP compliance on the production floor, including gowning, hygiene, handling and documentation.
• Verify batch records, room identification, equipment, and incoming components against supporting documentation.
• Ensure batch records are accurate, legible, traceable and executed by all associates.
• Review deviations, change controls, memos and cleaning logs; verify related requests and memos are followed.
• Verify calibration status of equipment and proper asset/documentation for packaging operations.
• Pull and identify retain samples per batch record requirements and ensure overall chain of custody.

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree

High School Diploma with 1–2 years related experience

FDA cGMP knowledge
