Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Pharma Project Manager for a prominent client in Santa Monica, CA with remote options. This role combines on-site collaboration three days per week with remote work, focusing on operational coordination and documentation maintenance under senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences or related degree and 3+ years of pharma/biotech project management, including experience with Planisware and SharePoint for project docs and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or related discipline.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech project management experience.
• Experience with project documentation, including timelines, meeting materials, and risk registers.
• Operational coordination, tracking deliverables, and facilitating execution activities.
• Experience with SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• The PM supports Global Program Managers by maintaining project documentation (timelines, meeting materials, risk registers).
• Coordinate operations, track deliverables, and facilitate execution under senior leadership guidance.
• Monitor progress, milestones and risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, develop agendas, ensure follow-up on actions, and manage access to SharePoint for teams.
• Update functional plans using Planisware and keep PM systems current.
