A staffing agency in the pharmaceutical sector seeks a Program Manager in San Diego for a 9-month contract. The successful candidate will have 6-8+ years in biotech or pharma with experience in program management through both early and late phases. Qualifications
6-8+ years in biotech/pharma, with both early and late phase pharmaceutical program management.
Experience with IND/CTA, NDA/MAA submissions.
PMP certification highly desired.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to align preclinical, regulatory, and operational plans for IND readiness.
Drive program strategy, timelines, risks, and resources to ensure timely FIH initiation.
Facilitate communication and decision-making across teams.
Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and manage risk mitigation.
Report on progress and maintain stakeholder alignment.
