Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to align preclinical, regulatory, and operational plans for IND readiness.
• Drive program strategy, timelines, risks, and resources to ensure timely FIH initiation.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making across teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and manage risk mitigation.
• Report on progress and maintain stakeholder alignment.
