Job summary

Responsibilities include defining client requirements, managing scope, schedule, and budget, mitigating risks, maintaining detailed meeting minutes, and communicating progress to stakeholders while adhering to cGMP and FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Pharmaceutical industry experience; contract manufacturing/CRO preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
• Good working knowledge of cGMP guidelines and FDA regulations.
• Proficient in common PM software (MS Projects, SmartSheet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication with client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external clients throughout the manufacturing process.
• Lead role in determining specific client requirements.
• Ensure that client expectations are managed and met.
• Negotiate acceptance of scope changes with client.
• Manage project scope, critical path, timeline and budget of multiple complex projects.
• Coordinate with client and internal teams; maintain detailed meeting minutes.
