Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Production Technician in Audubon, PA to join a premier pharmaceutical manufacturing organization. The role is on the 1st shift, 6:30am to 2:40pm, with an $19.08 per hour pay rate and a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You'll pack, label, and assemble materials in cleanroom environments, perform routine cleaning according to SOPs and cGMPs, and work in controlled temperatures (2–8°C). Join a team dedicated to patient safety and product integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of work experience in manufacturing or production.
• Comfortable working in cold conditions (2–8°C).
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities

• Packaging, assembling, and labeling materials as outlined in batch documents within primary and secondary production rooms
• Performing thorough and routine cleaning of equipment and packaging rooms according to SOPs and cGMPs
• Handling production tasks in controlled temperature conditions (2–8°C) as required by individual operations
• Reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality standards
