CITYWIDE RX LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to handle efficient packaging while upholding CGMP and FDA standards. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, use of hand tools, forklift experience (training offered), and attention to detail. Shift: 6pm–2:30am, Monday–Friday, with every other weekend. Base pay $16.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• CGMP knowledge and FDA regulations familiarity.

This role requires a strong understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations, as well as mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
• Assemble and package products according to specifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety regulations.
• Follow all FDA regulations and company policies related to product handling and packaging processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of packaged products.
• Operate forklifts safely to move materials as needed within the facility.

Shift

6pm-2:30am Monday- Friday and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and FDA regulations is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using hand tools and operating machinery related to packaging processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
