Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Production Technician opportunities in Swiftwater, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a winning culture and get your foot in the door with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

Responsibilities include supporting cGMP manufacturing, completing eBRs and quality documentation, and assisting with deviations, CAPAs, and CCRs. The role requires a High School Diploma and either 1 year of cGMP experience or higher education

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one year of experience in a cGMP or pharmaceutical environment; Associate or Bachelor’s degree may qualify with 0 years of experience.
• Previous cGMP/cGLP and Good Documentation Practices experience preferred, with previous experience in aseptic technique strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, computer skills, troubleshooting abilities, comprehension, information retention, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for approximately 8 hours per shift, and gown and enter manufacturing areas, including potential aseptic processing areas.

Responsibilities

• Support cGMP manufacturing operations as part of a cross-functional Production team, following FDA regulations and established manufacturing procedures.
• Complete Electronic Batch Records (eBRs), electronic logbooks, and other quality documentation accurately and in real time to ensure compliance and quality control.
• Identify and prevent process deviations and assist with deviation investigations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Change Control Requests (CCR), and other assigned projects.
• Prepare manufacturing areas for the next shift, use materials efficiently to reduce waste, and maintain smooth and efficient production operations.
