Job summary

Experic in Cranbury, NJ is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to run pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in a GMP setting. Under minimal supervision, you will support development experiments and manufacturing in assigned rooms, document batch records, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

You will train staff, help develop SOPs, troubleshoot processes, and assist maintenance while participating in continuous improvement and quality system activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in production/manufacturing or as a pharma production operator (solid dosage preferred).
• Read and interpret SOPs, batch records, manuals, and specs.
• Ability to learn, train others, and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in a GMP environment.
• Train staff and assist in developing SOPs and work instructions.
• Front line troubleshooting of processes and equipment; batch documentation.
• Perform materials sampling, staging, dispensing, and return, plus equipment setup, operation, and cleaning.
• Support maintenance, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
