Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking a motivated entry-level Production Technician to operate pharmaceutical processing equipment in a cGMP environment at our New Jersey facility. You will perform machine set-ups, run multiple production steps, document carefully, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 3:15pm–11:45pm, with opportunities for growth through bonuses and incentives as part of our comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Basic Troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety procedures.
• Good MS Office skills and familiarity with SAP preferred.
• English proficiency Basic A2 per CEFR.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for one production process: Glatt fluid bed, Granulation, Blending, Compression, Coating, Imprinting, Banding and Encapsulation.
• Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup as required.
• Troubleshoot and adjust to maintain production specifications.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards during manufacturing.
• Complete manufacturing documents with accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain SOP and cGMP compliance and use PPE per site rules.
