Job summary

Baxter Healthcare seeks a Production Operator at our Round Lake, IL facility. You will perform downstream manufacturing tasks, verify materials, set up equipment, and ensure batch integrity while following safety protocols.

The role requires attention to detail and physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be able to read and write English, have a High School Diploma, and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must understand, speak, read and write English.
• High School Diploma required; equivalent experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product exposure times and document process flow as required.
• Perform Operator I/II functions as needed.
• Pull processing samples, document, package and distribute.
• Set up/tear down room and keep production area stocked.
• Perform line clearances and troubleshoot label dispensers.
• Collect and disposition production scrap; assist finishing area as needed.
• Move carts to +5 C and freezer areas per product specs.
