Job summary

ARx Production is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead the production operators and facilities in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment. You will ensure adherence to procedures, manage daily operations, and drive improvements in productivity and quality across shifts.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent with prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, and strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments and shift teams.

Qualifications

• College degree (or equivalent) preferred with 2 years experience as a supervisor or lead operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write SOPs and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ARx production operators and facilities per cGMP and ARx policies.
• Coordinate daily production plans including scheduling, inventory, and resource allocation.
• Lead and coach operators; resolve production problems and implement CAPA where needed.
• Ensure equipment, safety, and quality controls are maintained across shifts.
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
