Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. in Monmouth Junction, NJ is hiring a Product Development (PD) Technician to support the PD team by preparing pre-formulation samples, forming batches, performing physical tests, and maintaining lab areas.

Under supervision, you will set up PD equipment, document results, and adhere to cGMP and cGDPs. Requirements include HS diploma and 0-5 years in pharmaceutical labs; anticipated salary range $60k-$85k per year with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (college a +)
• Strong record keeping ability
• Knowledge of science and simple pharmaceutical process equipment setup and operations
• Capable of maintaining clean and organized working areas
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Prepares pre-formulation samples and formulation batches as instructed
• Performs physical tests as instructed
• Sets up, runs and cleans simple PD equipment per SOPs
• Documents processes and results in laboratory records in a timely fashion
• Inspects PD equipment and informs supervisor of malfunctions
• Maintains clean and organized PD lab and processing areas
• Adheres to cGMPs and cGDPs
• May perform other lab related activities as needed
