Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. in Monmouth Junction, NJ is seeking a Product Development (PD) Technician to join our Product Development team.

You will prepare pre-formulation samples, formulate batches, perform physical tests, set up and operate simple PD equipment, and document results under supervision. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 0–5 years in pharma labs; strong record keeping, lab safety, and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong record keeping ability
• Knowledge of science and basic pharmaceutical process equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Prepares pre-formulation samples and formulation batches as instructed
• Performs physical tests as instructed
• Sets up, runs and cleans simple PD equipment per SOPs
• Documents all processes and results in appropriate records
• Routinely inspects PD equipment and reports malfunctions
• Cleans and organizes PD lab and processing areas regularly
• Adheres to cGMPs and cGDPs
• Performs other lab-related supporting activities as needed
