Responsibilities

• Own category strategy and operating plans (assortment, pricing, promotions, omni-channel merchandising)
• Lead sourcing activity (RFI/RFP), supplier selection, and supplier governance
• Build and run category performance management (KPIs, scorecards, business reviews, insights to action)
• Manage product lifecycle, including new launches, adoption tracking, and rationalization
• Use internal and syndicated data, customer insight, and competitive intelligence to identify growth levers
• Improve processes, tools, and best practices to create repeatable, scalable execution
• Lead and develop a team (hiring, coaching, performance management)
