Experience in process improvement, validation, and tech transfer.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective cross-functional communicator.

Responsibilities

Act as SPOC for global MS&T network and development teams.
Serve as site expert in manufacturing process technologies, including pilot, scale-up, and DoE.
Lead process optimization and process improvement initiatives.
Support technology transfers, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
Drive investigations, risk assessments, and root cause analyses.
Provide technical training and knowledge sharing.
